By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media may be captured during the event by the event owner, its representatives, or authorized third parties. Your attendance constitutes your irrevocable consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded and to the use, reproduction, publication, distribution, display, and exploitation of your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any and all media formats, now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, advertising, commercial, archival, and other lawful purposes by the event owner and its affiliates, without compensation, notice, inspection, or approval.

 

You further acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in and to such recordings and media shall remain the sole property of the event owner and may be used in perpetuity throughout the world. By attending the event, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release the event owner from any claims arising out of the use of such media, including but not limited to claims relating to privacy, publicity, defamation, or compensation.
